"I stumbled across your product tonight in my seemingly endless search
for a decent labeling app. I downloaded the fully functional demo (thanks
for providing FULL functionality). I'm stunned. What took hours and hours
of frustrating and painstaking work on other apps, I did in about 10 minutes
with SureThing! I've been messing around with labeling for months now,
and it ALWAYS ends up in frustration. (I might add here that I'm a senior
sysadmin for a major software company, so I like to think I'm a little
bit technical...). Anyway, I don't normally make it a habit to email the
vendor when I buy software to thank them, but I had to drop a line to
you. This is a fantastic product. I just keep finding features that blow
me away, stuff that seems so obvious that I haven't seen in other apps.
Stuff like the name brand label choices (Neato, etc), amazing background
images, the intuitive GUI, on and on. I'm really excited (if you can't
tell), because I honestly have been looking for something like this forever.
I keep looking at the labels I just did as I type this, and just can't
believe how easy you've made it, especially compared with other apps like
Media Face. Like I said, I tried it out for a couple of hours (without
even having to consult the manual!), and immediately purchased it. I should
also mention that I had to call tech support because I couldn't figure
out the 'Ctrl-Tab' function. Don't remember who I spoke to, but he was
good enough to answer the phone tonight after your posted support hours
(7:20 CST), quickly got the answer for me, and I was on my way. So, thanks
for the great product. I look forward to future enhancements and upgrades.
Also, I hate the fact that a product like this was so hard to find. I
hope you can find the way to get it seen across the industry and consumer
level (or maybe I'm in the dark....). Please pass the word on to your
developers. Great product!"
